How does a session work?
Your set is ready before you arrive. An operator handles cameras, sound and lighting for the whole session.
When do I get my files?
Raw footage arrives within 48 hours in a Drive folder. Simple editing takes 72 hours, full editing 7 days.
How many people can record?
Up to 4 people in L’atelier or La capsule. Le bureau is for one person, seated or standing.
Which microphones do you use?
One podcast mic per person, or a lavalier mic if you prefer.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before your session, with a full refund. After that, the session is not refunded.
Can I visit before booking?
Yes, the 20-minute visit is free. Pick a time online, during the same opening hours as sessions.
Do prepaid hours expire?
Never. Buy 2 to 20 hours and get 10 extra minutes for every hour you buy.
Can I add editing after the session?
Yes, from your account: choose editing or shorts, add your brief and pay online.
